Terms of Service
By registering for and participating in Just Track It events, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Assumption of Risk
High Performance Driver Education (HPDE) events involve inherent risks including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, and death. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any event.
Event Registration
All registrations are processed through ClubRegistration.net. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Meet all vehicle and driver requirements as published on our website
- Follow all rules and instructions provided by event staff
- Conduct yourself in a safe and respectful manner
Cancellation Policy
- More than 14 days before event: See event registration
- 8-14 days before event: See event registration
- 7 days or fewer before event: No refunds or credits available
Vehicle Requirements
All vehicles must pass tech inspection and meet requirements published on our website. Vehicles deemed unsafe by event staff may be excluded from participation without refund.
Driver Conduct
Drivers must:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
- Obey all flag signals and corner worker instructions
- Follow passing rules for their assigned run group
- Not operate a vehicle while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or fatigue
- Treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with respect
Insurance
Personal auto insurance typically does not cover track day incidents. We strongly recommend obtaining track day insurance through our partner Traction, or another provider.
Photography and Video
By participating in our events, you grant Just Track It permission to use photographs and video of you and your vehicle for promotional purposes.
Changes to Events
Just Track It reserves the right to modify event schedules, cancel events due to weather or track conditions, or refuse participation to any individual. In case of event cancellation by Just Track It, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit.
